FYI unless you have your camera card they cannot take your license pic and renew same day. That is not their fault, but it took 30 minutes waiting in line to get that info. Line was super long, nowhere for the elderly people to sit, definitely not fun. I ended up going to penndot center on Queen, in and out in under 20 minutes.

I had a very positive experience here. Emma is the best! She was so helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure my title was taken care of. I had to come back the next day to wait for some correspondence and she even remembered me! Then she made sure she was the one to help me since she worked with me the day before. She was personable and kind and made the process so easy for me. Excellent customer service!
